Just two building blocks (frame and shelf) can be used to build simple rows of shelves as well as complex shelving systems for all applications in small parts storage. The boltless range comes with individual shelf loads of up to 400Kgs, a 25mm shelf pitch and a pre-galvanised finish as standard.
With total ease of assembly, any storage area will be up and running more quickly. Our Meta boltless shelving system is distinguished by its simple tool-less assembly, which means it can go quickly into service. No bolts to tighten, just stick it together!
There are cross-sector solutions for all areas of application in small parts storage. With individual equipment options and a wide range of accessories, you can adapt the basic system to your own particular requirements with relative ease.
Similar to longspan shelving, the Meta boltless system can be purchased as starter bays and extension bays to help keep costs to a minimum.
Longspan Shelving
Longspan shelving is perfectly designed to meet all types of requirements for storing medium-heavy weight items of different sizes. It is very quick and easy to assemble. A wide range of frames, beams and components make this longspan shelving system highly versatile, suitable for storing most types of products from smaller components to heavy cartons. Frames are a fully bolted construction consisting of epoxy powder coated blue uprights with galvanised bracing and the beams are epoxy coated powder coated orange. All chipboard is 18mm thick and can be supplied with decking supports to increase the weight loading capabilities. Longspan shelving bays can be purchased as starter bays and extension bays to help keep costs to a minimum.
