Our client, a major manufacturer in Northern Ireland was keen to utilise all available space in an existing warehouse due to a massive shortage of pallet spaces.

Elevate were commissioned to dismantle the current racking system and relocate this to another part of the warehouse which made space for a new higher and narrower system.  The aisles were reduced to 3200mm for a reach truck application and more flexibility was added to the racking design with slightly longer beams and larger row spacers due to product overhang.

Timber slats were also included in the design due to the standard of pallets from suppliers and to provide the forklift truck operators with more peace of mind when loading the higher beam levels.
